Planning, Management & Conduct of Hajj 1432 on behalf of Saudi Ground Services
Client : Saudi Ground Services
Project Profile

We were entrusted the onerous task of planning, management & conduct of Hajj 1432 for and on behalf of Saudi Ground Services.  This was the first Hajj that was to be conducted by the newly created ground services entity through the merger of the three ground handling companies.  We cooperated with all the stakeholders into the process and was able to create a platform for cohesive functioning.
We monitored the operations 24/7 in order to gain clarity as to the areas that require additional resources (if any) and more importantly as to where systemic improvements can be engineered.  We also set about employing scientific tools to analyse the operations on an hourly basis to understand where the loopholes were and how they could be plugged.
